Celebrating John D’Arcy’s 20-Year Anniversary at A&C Plastics

Today, we celebrate John D’Arcy, Vice President of Sales, as he reaches an incredible 20-year anniversary with A&C Plastics!

Since joining A&C in 2006, John has been a driving force behind our sales organization and a key part of our continued growth. Over the years, he has helped build strong customer relationships, develop talented teams, and create a sales culture focused on trust, accountability, and doing things the right way.

John’s impact goes far beyond sales numbers. He has been a mentor, a leader, and a steady presence for the teams around him. To celebrate 20 years with A&C, John was recognized with a custom-made acrylic trophy, three weeks of PTO, a special gift featuring his favorite beer, and a catered BBQ lunch for the entire company prepared by a local chef. His experience, dedication, and commitment to A&C have made a lasting impact on the company and the people around him.

Throughout his time here, John has helped strengthen the relationships that make A&C Plastics successful. The trust we have built with our customers and the teamwork across our organization are a reflection of leaders like John who continue to invest their time, knowledge, and energy into the people around them.

After 20 years, John remains an important part of the A&C family. His leadership has helped shape where we are today, and his continued commitment will help guide where we go next.
