About ABS Plastic Sheets

What makes ABS plastic unique is that it’s a thermoplastic with tremendous high- and low-temperature performance. Typically, ABS plastics are used for vacuum forming, but they’re versatile enough for multiple applications. And, they can be easily modified to fit your project’s exact dimensions. In fact, you can saw cut, heat-form, route and solvent weld an ABS plastic sheet without interrupting its structural integrity. Our selection of ABS sheet plastic has a haircell finish 1-side and includes thicknesses of 1.5mm-6mm to meet the individual requirements for each of our clients. Our products are either available in 48″ X 96″ or 72″ X 96″ options, but can be manufactured in a range of thicknesses from 200 microns to 5mm with a maximum width of 1600mm. However, you can order specialized ABS plastic sheets with extruded layers of acrylic sheet if needed. Custom colors can be made-to-order but may be subject to a minimum order requirement.
