Strengthening Our Team: Promotions at A&C Plastics

At A&C Plastics, we believe in recognizing the people who step up, take ownership, and help move the business forward. Today, we’re proud to share several well-deserved updates across our IT, Customer Service, and Supply Chain teams.

In just six months with A&C Plastics, Lance B. has made a major impact. Lance stepped up to take ownership of the IT function, tackling challenges head-on and becoming a steady, reliable resource for the entire team. We’re excited to announce his promotion to Lead IT Specialist, a recognition that is very well earned.

We are also strengthening leadership support within our Customer Service team. Grace V. will now oversee the Customer Service team. This structure provides clearer leadership, added support, and positions the team for continued success as it grows.

Last but certainly not least, join us in congratulating Austin J. on his promotion to Lead Supply Chain & Data Analyst. Over the past 2.5 years, Austin has expanded his impact across Purchasing, Supply Chain, and data initiatives. His consistency, reliability, and willingness to take on complex challenges continue to make a meaningful difference, including leading data integration and ERP-to-website connectivity efforts for our new website project.
