Growth From Within: Team Promotions at A&C

At A&C Plastics, we believe the strongest teams are built from within. When people show consistency, take ownership, and step up in their roles, we make it a priority to recognize that growth and create new opportunities for advancement.

This month, we’re proud to highlight several team members who have earned new roles across our operations, logistics, and sales teams.

Joseph has been promoted to Distribution Operations Supervisor, reflecting his growing leadership within our distribution operations. His ability to coordinate freight activities and support day-to-day flow has made him a key part of the team’s success.

We’re also proud to recognize Yolanda for moving from Custodian to Saw Operator in our HTX warehouse after just 9 months at A&C! We're proud to see her hard work and initiative lead to this exciting new opportunity.
Giuliano has been promoted to Sales Executive, moving from Sales Intern into a full-time role within our sales team. His performance, initiative, and understanding of customer needs have positioned him for continued success in this next step.

Jake now serves as HTX Local Delivery Supervisor, where he continues to support efficient and reliable delivery operations across the Houston area. Last but certainly now least, Eduardo, has been promoted to HTX Out of Town Delivery Supervisor, expanding his responsibilities to support delivery operations beyond the local market.
